The Blast Injury Institute (BII) seeks to provide leadership in the area of brain injury caused by exposure to blasts. Through basic science, applied research, multidisciplinary collaboration, conferences and events, the BII provides a fact-based perspective on innovative approaches to help professionals, organizations, public entities and the media address the challenges presented by the growing issue of brain injury caused by blasts.
